Our Inertia Wave class is a fun but challenging cardiovascular workout, burning more calories in 12 minutes than 30 minutes of running. It uses multiple muscle groups together, working on your strength and endurance and also improves balance, coordination. If you want maximum efficiency for your time and a workout that really delivers then the Inertia Wave is for you!
